When working with Val prepare to understand yourself through looking at how in general our brains work, the meaning of your life and thus your work, making sense of uncertainty at work, examining your role and the value you bring into your organisation and designing ways in which you can experience flourish in what you do.

As a coach Val has a strong client centered approach. The journey with each client is unique, individualised and is aimed at ensuring sustainable transformation through a strengths based outlook.
